Ian has been a director at Page and Wells since the 1970s and along with David and Murray has helped steer the firm through the ups and downs of the property market over several decades. He has a wealth of experience in the housing market, particularly in the suburbs and villages to the East of Maidstone. He is proud that Page and Wells is a thriving, local, independent agent run and staffed by people who really know their business. When not working Ian loves to play golf and tennis and is also a keen skier. He also loves to spend time with his family and travel.
