Duncan joined Page and Wells, the family business, in 2005. Locally born and bred, he has an enviable knowledge of the Maidstone and Mid-Kent housing market. Duncan is proud to run this long-established company on a day-to-day basis and of Page and Wells superb reputation for reliability and service. He enjoys the challenge of growing the business and taking it into the 21st century.
James has been with Page and Wells since 2015, and was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager at Loose in 2017. James is highly experienced in handling all types of sales and purchases – from flats and apartments for first time buyers to substantial rural properties. In his spare time James likes to follow his passion of sports and has recently moved to the coast where he enjoys spending time outside with his girlfriend and family
